The Rehabber's Club is a collection of folks interested in rehabbing in St. Louis City. The club, who first began meeting in the Fall of 2000, launched a Yahoo Groups listserv in the Spring of 2001. Here they share how-to information, discuss, and ask and answer questions. This very popular listserv has hundreds of members and they post hundreds of messages each month.

The group also hold monthly meetings, typically held on the 3rd Saturday of each month from 9:30-11:30 AM. Each month a different subject is addressed or a different neighborhood is visited. Topic range from historic tax credits; hiring and working with contractors; and finding a rehab property; to financing a renovation project; converting residential to commercial; or simply renovating a bathroom. Often, the rehabbers choose to visit a neighborhood and meet with and tour the properties currently being rehabbed there. Ultimately, the group hopes to visit all 79 neighborhoods in the city.
