Successful urban developments are dependent on the surrounding built environment to give the area its character and often define the neighborhood. Today, more than ever, the defining amenity in new developments is focused on dining and drinking establishments, which many urbanites seek when deciding where to live, play and even work. 

Our panel discussion will highlight successful developers, restaurateurs, designers and some of their projects that are central to development here in St. Louis. We will discuss how these developments have and will help change the character and vibrancy of the neighborhoods around them.
